This newly renovated and decorated apartment is situated in a 17th century building in the heart of Paris, Chatelet / Les Halles, ideally situated to discover the capital. All the major attractions are within walking distance: The Louvre, Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, The Marais, Saint Germain are all within A 10-15 minute walking radius. There is also a direct RER train connection to and from the Airport Charles de Gaulle.
This large studio apartment is situated on the first floor (no elevator) and is 37 square meters (400 square foot) large, with extremely high, original wood-beamed ceilings and equally high windows on both sides giving on to interior courtyards. The apartment is extremely quiet, whilst being in a very animated area, with the Montorgueil area, with its markets, cafes and restaurants,just around the corner.
It has just been entirely renovated and decorated by us for an investor to the highest standards. There is bedding for four guests, with two on the comfortable mezzanine and two others on the sofa bed which has a very good quality mattress.
There is a separate dining area next to the kitchen area, with a beautiful table with seating for six under a beautiful chandelier.
There is a plenty of room to store clothes in the mirrored closet which is in the study area under the mezzanine, where you will also find a washer/dryer combi machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic cooker with 4 hubs, a small refrigerator with ice compartment, an oven, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet.
