Situated on the Rue du Vertbois next to the Marais neighbourhood of Paris, this apartment is near the metro station Temple. The rue du Vertbois is famous for the traditional french restaurant 'l'ami Louis' where many celebrities such as Bill Clinton have eaten. But that is not all, there is a great wine shop, antique stores and many other good restaurants in the neighbourhood. You are also within walking distance to the Pompidou center, Notre Dame and the rue de Bretagne, a street which has become very fashionable over the last few years, with its cafés, bars, restaurants and shops.

This rental apartment is on the third floor of a typical 18th century Parisian building. It is about 32 square meters (344 square feet) and It has a very charming, relaxed atmosphere. With its very high ceilings and huge windows it is bathed in light. The floors of the living area are tiled with original red terracotta tiles. The living area also has a decorative fireplace, plenty of bookshelves and storage space, a convertible sofa bed with bedding for an additional guest, a large comfortable armchair, a table with seating for two and a flatscreen television with cable connection.

There is bedding for two guests on the mezzanine overlooking the living area and the sofa bed can sleep an additional guest on the sofa bed below.

There is a small modern kitchen, with windows overlooking the courtyard, with two vitro ceramic burners, a micro wave cooker, a sink, a kettle and toaster.

The bathroom has a large modern tiled shower shower and there is a separate toilet.

There is of course free internet Wifi connection, television with cable connection and free calls to landlines in many countries of the world.
