It is very conveniently situated in the heart of the Marais area of Paris, just opposite the Picasso Museum, a wonderful eighteenth century 'hotel particulier' with the largest collection in the world of the artists work.

The apartment is on the second French floor (3rd American) with an elevator. There is a security code to the building. The main living area overlooks a very quiet street and the bedroom is in the back looking over a courtyard, so you will have undisturbed rest after a long days sightseeing. The whole space is fitted with wood floors and has large windows, making it light and airy.

The main living area is equipped with a couch, coffee table and two armchairs with a flat screen television. There is a dining room table with seating for four and the open-plan kitchen with its bar looks over the living area. the kitchen is extremely well-designed and equipped with a vitroceramic cooking hub with four burners, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker.

The bedroom is in the back of the apartment with a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet. There is a queen-sized bed which can be separated to make separate twin beds.

The apartment has plenty of storage space, a washing/dryer machine combo, cable TV, DVD player, a high-speed WiFi internet connection and free long distance calls to Europe, USA, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries around the world(on land lines).
