This apartment is situated one block away from the Montorgueil pedestrian market street, with plenty of food and wine shops, cafes and restaurants; a great place to hang out and watch people while sipping a cup of coffee on a terrace. In the heart of Paris you are within walking distance to the Louvre, the Marais, Ile de la cité and the French stock exchange buildings. It is extremely calm.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (elevator) in a 19th century building that has been entirely renovated. The building has a very beautiful entrance with a courtyarded with large potted plants.

The entrance of the flat gives on to a small hallway with three doors, one for the bathroom with a full bath and sink, the other for the separate toilet and the third for the bedroom with a double art deco bed and plenty of storage space.

Going up the staircase, you arrive in the living area with its north/south exposition, original modern artwork and a view over the rooftops of Paris. There is a large open-plan kitchen, with a small table for two. It is equipped with a vitroceramic four-hub cooker, microwave oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a washing machine/dryer combo).

The kitchen is separated from the black-tiled living room by a bar with two stools. In the living area there is a large modern designer sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with seating for four. There is also a projector to watch dvds on screen.

Overlooking the living area, above the kitchen, there is a large mezzanine, which is accessed by a ladder, with a king-sized bed for two more guests and a window with a view towards the Sacre Coeur.
