
This apartment is situated in the Montorgueil neighbourhood of Paris, with convenient metro connections to the Villepinte exhibition halls and the airport Charles de Gaulle. The rue Montorgueil is a market street with many food shops, cafés and restaurants; a great place to hang out on a cafe terrace and watch the locals go by. This used to be on the periphery of where the main city foodmarkets (les Halles) were situated and is perfect for exploring the capital, with most of the major sites within walking distance or a short metro ride.
The apartment itself, is on the 6th floor (with an elevator) of a 19th century apartment building. It has modern wood parquet florrs throughout and with its velux skylights it is bathed in light for most of the day. The decoration is contemporary, with an open-space living area equipped with a large sofa, flat screen television, dining table for two and a kitchen space (from where you can see the Sacre Coeur cathedral) with a four-hub cooker and stove, dishwasher and a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment.
The bedroom has a very large King-sized bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower attachment, a sink and has a washing machine (no dryer). The toilet is separate.
