You are two steps away from a great market street on rue de Bretagne with wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes. The area is also filled with some of the best art galleries, book shops and vintage furniture shops of the capital.

The apartment itself is 38 sq. meters (410 sq. ft) with original oak-beamed ceilings, tainted waxed cement flooring in the living room and coconut fibre carpeting in the bedroom.
