This small renovated rental apartment with contemporary decoration is on the fourth floor of an  old building that has been recently been renovated on the Rue des Gravilliers in central Paris. The street is in a residential part of the Marais area, so whilst having the luxury of a peaceful home away from the bustle of the streets, you are just a couple of blocks from a very lively neighbourhood.

The Marais is famous for its beautiful old buildings, museums, restaurants and bars. The area is very gay friendly and has a great village feel, whilst being in the centre of the city. You can easily travel to any of the city's hot spots from the apartment, by foot or with the very efficient bus and metro system. Right in the area you could visit the Picasso museum, or the Pompidou centre, Notre Dame cathedral or Place des Vosges and just walking through the streets of the Marais is like visiting a living museum.
