This spacious Parisian 100sq. metre apartment rental(1076 sq. foot) is perfectly situated around the corner from the famous Pompidou center, with its incredible modern art collection. It is in the heart of the marais, full of museums and beautiful buildings from the 15th-18th centuries. Notre Dame Cathedral on the Ile de la Cite, is just a short, ten-minute walk away and you can get easily all over Paris, from the metro stations, just around the corner.

The street is very calm and the apartment is on the fourth French floor of a 17th century building with a newly-installed elevator, so there is plenty of light with the two main bedrooms and the living room facing south.

You enter directly into the living room, which is large with two south-facing windows and two other windows in the dining room area giving a lot of light. It has a teracotta-tiled floor with a thick cream chinese rug, comfortable sofas and French antique furniture. There is a large flatscreen television with cable connection, hi-fi system and a decorative fireplace. The living room is separated from the dining area by original exposed oak beams and the dining area with a table for six, gives on to an American kitchen, with four vitroceramic hubs, a micro wave oven, a traditional oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.

There are three large carpeted bedrooms, on different sides of the apartment, allowing for intimacy, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. One is a full bathroom with toilet, bathtub/shower, and a washbasin, the other is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also another guest toilet in the laundry room, which is accessed from the living room, along with a washing machine and separate clothes dryer. Two of the bedrooms have Queen-size beds and the third has twin beds, which can be put together, if need be.

The apartment is equipped with a high-speed internet wifi connection.
