This superb apartment is situated on the corner of the famous rue Saint Honoré and the rue du Pont Neuf, which leads to the Pont Neuf, the oldest bridge of Paris, joining the right and left banks fo the Seine via the Ile de la Cite. You are ideally situated next to les Halles with its large shopping centre and cinemas, the Montorgueil neighbourhood with its charming food market, shops and cafes, the Marais with its beautiful historical buildings, restaurants and bars, the Louvre museum, Notre Dame, the Pompidou Centre and even the left bank with Saint Michel and Saint Germain des Pres is not far away.

The apartment measures 60 sq. Metres (646 sq. ft) and is situated on the 6th floor with an elevator. It was entirely renovated by an architect in January 2008 with wooden parquet flooring, double glazed windows, modern bathroom and a small kitchen.

The entrance of the apartment gives on to a private staircase with exposed oakwood beams, leading on to a hallway connecting on each end the kitchen and the bathroom. Opposite the top of the stairs is the entrance giving on to a dining area with a table and seating for six, which opens on to the large living area with a large couch, designer armchairs and a beautiful dark stained wood coffee table. There is also a decorative fireplace, flatscreen television with cable connection, DVD and a stereo sound system. From the central window you have a wonderful view of the midieval Saint Eustache church, a beautiful example of gothic architecture.

From the living area there is another staircase leading up to the bedroom with a good quality queen-sized bed (160cm*200cm) and a window door, giving access to a 5 sq.metre (50sq. ft) private flowered terrace with a small table and a couple of chairs, where you can have breakfast whilst admiring the breathtaking view of the whole of Paris.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, with separate freezer, a cooker with two electric hubs, a microwave oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet.
