Our normal working hours are Monday-Friday, from 10h00-18h00 and Saturday from 10h00-16h00. We are closed on Sundays and the Bank holidays (listed below)

Guests can come to the office to pick up the keys from the safety deposit box or directly at the apartment if there is a safety box there.
