Stylish, design apartment with lots of space and light. Situated nearby the trendy market street of rue du faubourg Saint Denis and not far from the Marais.
This apartment is located between Place de la Republique, the Opera house and Les Halles, the commercial central shopping district. At the end of the street is a beautiful stone triumphal arch built by Louis XIV, for his triumphal arrival in Paris in 1674. There are typical inexpensive French food markets as well as supermarkets, a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is in a 19th century building, on the 3rd French floor (no elevator) with bedding for up to four people, it measures 58 sq. meters (625 sq. feet) with high ceilings and plenty of light. It is centrally heated.
The decoration is contemporary and design, with a living room furnished with pieces by Knoll and contemporary art . It is equipped with a small convertible sofa-bed, a television with international cable channels and a wireless high speed internet connection. There is a modern glass dining table which comfortably seats four.
The separate kitchen is very modern with stainless steel dish washer, an oven, a gas system hub, a kettle, a refrigerator and freezer. There is also everything you need to prepare good meals.
Both the kitchen and the living room have large windows overlooking the street and are very bright .
The bathroom is equipped with a large bath, hair dryer, scales, towel-heater and a washing machine.
The large bedroom is equipped with a 140cm x190cm queen-sized bed, a large closet and designers chest of drawers. It overlooks a peaceful courtyard, so your sleep will be undisturbed.
